Pregnancy Care

I love supporting expecting, pregnant, and postpartum parents. There is so much that you can do to prepare your mind, body, and, yes, pelvic floor, for birth as well as help it heal postpartum. Please reach out if you'd like to learn how:

I have a specialty obstetric certification from the American Academy of Physical Therapy, uniquely qualifying me to work with people through pregnancy.

FIZEO THERAPY

Through physical therapy I will optimize your potential while nurturing injuries (past or present!), pre and post partum challenges, and concurrent health challenges.

FIZEO FIT

Through personal training we will gently build endurance, strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination. We'll work primarily with body-weight movements and appropriate resistance. I coach with a detailed eye. My DPT brain is always “on” to ensure you are safely elevating your fitness and avoiding injury.
